By purchasing tickets and attending Illumination, you hereby covenant not to bring any legal action, equitable or otherwise, or to make any claim of any nature whatsoever against Blue Lapis Light, Inc., its officers, instructors, representatives, and any other persons concerned with the production (including the City of Austin) of Illumination, either directly or indirectly, for any personal injury or injuries including death or property damage which occurs while on the property of the Seaholm Power Plant.
